    100 Hour Yoga

    Anyone can apply for this 100 Hour Yoga, even those who have never practiced Yoga before. After completing this course a strong foundation will develop within you, upon which teaching and practice will be based on. Surely, after completing this first level that is 100 hour Yoga Teacher training or 12 days course you would curiously like to move towards our second level that is 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training.You will receive a certificate when your 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course will be completed successfully which proves that now you are ready for the second level.     Rules or Tapas which you have to follow in the whole process of 100 hour Yoga teacher training
    1. Do not lie in the whole process of learning.
    2. No negative communication or speech.
    3. No consumption of non-veg food.
    4. No alcohol

    Practical & Theoretical Class of Yoga

    We begin the class with warm-up exercises then sun salutation or Surya Namaskar in all the 12 poses in sequence, and then the practice of asanas. We teach you how to comfortably hold the pose for a longer period. The syllabus is almost same as of 100 Hour Yoga TTC but with more practice and deep theory. In this 100 Hour Yoga TTC, we also teach business part of Yoga In theory class, we teach some part in Sanskrit and translate its meaning in English because Sanskrit is an ancient language in India and Yoga is the origin of India and speaking Sanskrit feels energizing and full of positivity, feel like good vibes all around.


    Final Exams

    In order to qualify the final exam you should;

    • Attend 100% of the course.
    • Pass yoga theory oral and written exams.
    • Pass anatomy physiology and philosophy.
    • Pass all the practical exam teaching including all the poses and asana.
    • Complete all the given assignments.

    The 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course ends with the Graduation Ceremony!
